Folk dance ensemble "Talija" was officiall found in 1998. Before that children's ensemble had allready started with dance classes. The first class took place in september of 1998. in elementary school "KRALJ PETAR I". The childrens ensemble is performing very well and accepting new members even today.
TOURS
At first the youngest members of folk dance ensemble "Talija" couldn't travel anywhere because of the war in Yugoslavia. But in May of 2000 they participated on childrens folk dance festival "PEFKOHORI 2000" in Greece.
- In May 2001. they participated on childrens folk dance festival "PARALIA 2001".
- In May 2002. they participated on childrens folk dance festival in Bulgaria.
- From 05. 07. to 31. 07. 2002. they took part on folk dance festival in Taiwan.
- From 23. 05. to 30. 05. 2003. they took part on folk dance festival in Greece.
- From 28. 08. to 01. 09. 2003. they took a part on folk dance festival in Denmark (Ballerup).
